I pulled this paragraph from an article in Forbes written by Robert Pozen. He has been, among many other things, associate general counsel at the SEC and secretary of economic affairs under then- Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney.I have to agree that perfecting a sentence can be time-consuming however I disagree that others won't notice. How about you?
In Pozen’s words, don’t produce “A-plus work when B-plus is good enough.” People waste tons of time producing finely honed written material on projects where the writing style matters less than whether you have communicated your bullet points clearly and concisely.
